Philip is a highly experienced, registered Architect and is Senior Consultant within the Building Assessment/ Resolution team.

Phillip is recognised for his expertise in the investigation of and reporting on poor construction and design deficiencies. He assists Barristers and Solicitors in an ''Expert Witness'' role in court and resource consent hearings. This includes review of construction documents and reports on possible exposure under the ''Duty of Care'' provisions of the law.

He has prepared building reviews for ''Due Diligence'' investigations, undertaken arbitrations on building disputes and assisted in compensation negotiations for clients affected by land acquisition for public works.

Phillip has extensive design and project management experience in the following areas:
