Babbage Presenter at TURF 2011

Dr. Marke Jennings-Temple is one of this year's speakers at TURF 2011, the New Zealand Turf Conference and Trade Show. 

Marke, who leads the Sports Facility Development service at Babbage, will be presenting his paper "Human and Environmental Health Concerns Associated with Artificial Sportsfields".  This highlights a range of issues which those commissioning artificial sports surfaces need to consider. 

Marke has extensive experience in sports surfaces, having worked in the UK and New Zealand in a consulting and research capacity. Marke provides consultancy services to clients seeking to develop or upgrade their recreation facilities, including natural turf surfaces, artificial (synthetic) turf surfaces, multi-use games areas and hardcourt surfaces. 

This will be the third time that Marke has presented at the Turf conference. The bi-annual show, which runs between 27-29 June 2011 in Hamilton, promotes the turf management and recreation industry in New Zealand by sharing best practice and showcasing expertise.
