Our Land Development team, comprising Surveyors, Civil and Geotechnical Engineers, Planners and Environmental specialists, provide tailored solutions.
The professional services offered by our Surveyors and Engineers include initial due-diligence, feasibility studies and concept layout designs, intended to unlock the potential of your development site, either urban or rural, anywhere in New Zealand. We provide Planning and Environmental expertise for consent applications, environmental assessments and baseline ecological data collection to ensure clients gain the necessary approvals to proceed with projects.
Our offer includes Surveying services provided by McKay Knarston and Ecological Consulting services provided by Bioresearches, both companies forming part of the wider Babbage group. This strong and collaborative partnership enable us to deliver our comprehensive service mix which we believe is a pre-requisite for successful, cost-effective land development.
Once projects have a green light from statutory and regulatory authorities, we focus on bringing projects to life on time and within budget.
